Training

In the training, We present what the methods and their underlying theories are; how to use them; hand out questionnaires; and at the end, answer your questions. We recommend a two-hour training, and a break of about a week after the training, before the consultation. This will give you some time to think more deeply about the main issues, before the consulting.

Personal Consulting

In personal consulting, if needed, in addition to training, we use service, preliminary and ex-post evaluation questionnaires and discuss about them. We primarily use group consulting with our clients. We recommend a two-hour training, and a week long break after the training, before the consultation. This will give you some time to think more deeply about the main issues, before the consulting.

Group Consulting

In the group consulting, we use service, preliminary, and ex-post evaluation questionnaires, and discuss about them. We primarily use group consulting with our clients. We recommend a break of about a week before the consultation, after the training. This will give you some time to think more deeply about the main issues, before the consulting.

The purpose of the service is to bring about and/or increase the effectiveness of intercultural encounters and strengthen one’s own learning guidance. Maybe this will have a more meaningful impact on your own life as well! In addition, it improves mental and physical health for the staff, and produces better quality, more results, and savings in time, energy and money.

The aim is to use challenges as a resource and to achieve development (added value). This makes it easier to prevent, face, solve, or accept challenges, and take advantage of them in development!

Can I only order the training?

Yes, you can. In that case, you will receive the information, and take care of the rest by yourself.

Can I only order the consulting?

We recommend that you order the training first, and only then the consultation. Otherwise, you are not prepared enough to start consulting.

How long does it take until we notice the result?

A large proportion of former clients did well with one training plus, one consultation, after a short break. A small number only attended the training and did not need consultation. A small portion did not benefit from the service, usually because they did not really want that advantage!

Who have received this service before?

To protect the privacy of our customers, we do not disclose information about them or their workplaces.

Can I order the service by phone?

To prevent misunderstandings related to ordering information (service type, date, time, etc.), we will only accept a service order via email. You can call us to ask for presentation of introducing the service.

I am Arman Haghseresht. I am originally from Iran. I have lived in Finland since 1990. The well-being of society is very important to me.

In Iran, I worked in a shop. Although our small business did well, however, the joy of this advantage did not last long because, I saw how the financial situation of customers deteriorated. That is when the well-being of society became more important to me than before. Although, until I left Iran, I did the same job in that shop, I decided that in the future I would build my career in social field.

When it was my turn to leave Iran, I had no choice but to travel by camel in a caravan. The caravan went partly on Silk Road. It did not carry goods but people.
